Snowboard Pants Envy
My friends and I have this unspoken competition when it comes to our snowboard gear. It’s got to be cool and it either has to be the best, look the best, or be the best bargain. Last weekend my best friend showed up in pants that looked really good. I had instant snowboard pants envy. Bet they cost a lot, I said. He said, no, they were Burton Poacher Pants. They were definitely on the bargain end of the spectrum. Dry…? I asked. Practically waterproof. “They’re probably not comfortable,” I said. He disagreed, and said they were actually a pretty great fit. And they had fleece pockets. Long story short, I got some for next weekend for myself.
