I Used to Think School Was Hard
I used to think that school was hard. It seemed to me that all the other kids understood what they were doing, but I just couldn’t seem to get anything right. A lot of my teachers disliked me because of that, but I had one teacher who realized that I had learning disabilities and suggested to my parents that they get me a tutor. They were worried that they wouldn’t be able to afford tutors, but for my sake they were willing to try. They were pleasantly surprised to find that tutoring for me was well within their budget. I don’t know what happened to my tutor London after she was done with me, but if I ever see her I would like to thank her for her tuition. Without her, I don’t think I would have made it through school.
