Hiring TIme Again
Our company is looking to hire soon and we’ve placed an ad online for game design jobs. We have promoted from within all we can but now, we’ve got to go outside the company. Demand is higher than ever before for various video games and we have to keep up with a bunch of changes that are coming down the pike. I dread the process of sifting through resumes and doing the hiring process. I really wish I had a personnel manager to do this for me, but I don’t, so it’s up to me. That’s what they mean when they say the buck stops here.
