When the time came for my daughter and her attorney to go to court over her cape coral ticket for running a red light, she was nervous, though she knew she’d not done anything wrong. She’d always been a careful driver and felt she was driving defensively that day in question. The attorney was confident that she’d prevail. The judge listened to the attorney and then spoke to my daughter. He agreed that she made the best choice possible given the situation. He threw out her charge.
