Only Alli Is Approved For Weight Loss

Only one drug, Alli, is approved by the FDA for weight loss.  According to many weight loss pill reviews, Alli gets a mixed reaction from consumers.  Although it uses the same active ingredient (at half strength) of a prescription drug, not everyone was pleased with the results.  Apparently, Alli works best with a low fat diet, and can have side effects that are unpleasant, especially if the user eats oily or fatty food.  Results are modest, but at least they are clinically documented.  Still, it appears that diet pills are not magic pills, and that there really is no avoiding the proven treatment of diet and exercise.
