Cardio is not complicated

I think that the reason so many folks continue with their cadio rouitine even after not seeing any results fo a very long time is because there is no thought inolved.  There is no tracking your reps and progress.  There is no research involved to take it up a notch.  You can be totally dissolved of any connections or responsibilities while running on a treadmill, or riding a stationary bike.  These cardiovascular exercise routines allow you to enjoy your tv, your blackberry, and your headsets.  Some people even eat while they are running on the treadmill.  This is outrageous behavior, and deserves a second look.
