Great Chinese Recipe
I could not sleep last night at all. So I decided to go online and look up some excellent chinese pork recipes due to the fact that my husband Tim was Chinese and missed his home cooked food. After an hour of searching for the perfect recipe I finally found one that would really make him happy. Later that afternoon I started preparing the food, Tim walked into the kitchen and could tell by the smell of the food that I was preparing a Chinese dish. He gave me a great big hug and told me I was the best wife ever.
