A Great Stress Reliever: Applying for a VA loan
My father was so frustrated a couple of weeks ago, because of his financial situation. My dad has always been the type of person to pay all of his bills on time. He is not use to being late on any payments; however, he has told me that his mortgage payment is just too high. I was so surprise that he had a conventional loan. I told him that I would get him some information for VA streamline, so he can apply for a VA loan. I think that the best option would be for him to refinance. He does not need this extra stress in his life.
