IT Department Adds Phone Assistance to the Help Desk
The computer department at ourcompany is always having to deal with every body’s complaints and technical questions. They have been getting so many requests sent to the help desk that they have had to hire extra help to handle the problems that everyone seems to be having. The main technicians were having to take time out of their day to fix simple issues that someone else could handle. The department was not focusing enough on the Business Development Framework issues that needed to be attended to. The change in the department has brought about much faster response times to computer issues in the company.
