I’ve always found them helpful and responsive when requiring customer service.

I’ve been with Vodafone since early 2007, and although the signal coverage is a little patchy, and I have recently opened 2 contract accounts with this mobile phone coverage. Initial contact and service seemed excellent. However there were problems with one handset – out of stock – and chasing this up involved several incredibly long, frustrating calls to their ironically named ‘customer service’ dept. When the phone finally arrived it was broken. I then spent over 1 hour on the phone and spoke to 9 different people, several of them rude and unhelpful. But apart fromt that I’ve always found them helpful and responsive when requiring customer service.
